Troubleshooting Issues
If you are having issues with disconnections, freezing, etc. you may want to try these techniques to figure out what the solution is.
- Check your internet connection and upload/speed. Once you determine your speed, check the info above to see what your encoder settings should be. (Bitrate and Frame rate are vitally important)
- If that doesn't work, try lowering your Bitrate and / or Frame rate and see if your connection is stronger. You may need to send your stream with a lower bitrate in order to keep a stronger connection.
- Check that your PC can handle the amount of processing power required to send your stream.
