Troubleshooting Issues

If you are having issues with disconnections, freezing, etc. you may want to try these techniques to figure out what the solution is.

  1. Check your internet connection and upload/speed. Once you determine your speed, check the info above to see what your encoder settings should be. (Bitrate and Frame rate are vitally important)
  2. If that doesn't work, try lowering your Bitrate and / or Frame rate and see if your connection is stronger. You may need to send your stream with a lower bitrate in order to keep a stronger connection.
  3. Check that your PC can handle the amount of processing power required to send your stream.
